Please ensure all return parcels are placed in a secure, lined parcel bag. This helps protect the item and ensures discreet handling due to the high-value nature of our jewellery.

How It Works

  • Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return it

  • Once approved, you have another 14 days to send the item back

Item Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unworn, undamaged, and in mint condition

  • Returned with all original packaging (including jewellery boxes, pouches, certificates, etc.)

  • Free from visible signs of wear such as scratches, dents, or missing components

Please note: We do not use security tags, so we rely on your integrity to return items exactly as received. Items not meeting these conditions may not be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalised jewellery

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items marked Final Sale

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

  • If your order includes items from multiple designers, refunds may be processed separately

Exchanges

  • Items purchased from The Jewelyst’s in-house collection may be exchanged for a different size or product (subject to availability)

  • Items from independent designers or brands are not eligible for exchanges; you will need to return the item and place a new order

Return Shipping

  • Free UK returns on eligible items

  • For international orders, return costs may vary. Please contact us before returning your item

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service; we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns

Additional Information

  • In-person returns are not accepted unless arranged directly with our customer care team

  • Excessive returns may result in account review or restriction

  • Orders containing products from different designers may be refunded individually
