What if something is wrong with my order?

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right—whether due to a genuine issue or a rare fault—we’re here to make it right with the option of a refund, exchange, or store credit once the item is returned.

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece, and while issues are uncommon, your satisfaction remains our top priority.

What items are eligible for return and when?

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • They must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Once approved, return must be sent back within 14 days
  • Please allow up to 5-10 working days for returns to be processed once received.
  • We will notify you once your refund or exchange has been issued.

Are there any items that can't be returned?

For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-refundable, even if unworn.
Customised, made-to-order, or personalised pieces are also non-returnable unless faulty or misdescribed.

How do I return my order?

To initiate a return, simply fill out our Returns Portal using your order number and the email address used at purchase (or that of the gift giver).
Once approved, the item must be returned within 14 days

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging

We currently offer the following return methods via DHL:

  • QR Code (printerless) – Drop off at any DHL Service Point
  • Printed Label – Drop off at any DHL Service Point
  • Home Collection – Schedule a pickup from your address, with the option to print the label yourself or have it printed upon collection

You may also choose to exchange instantly via the portal, subject to stock availability.

How long does delivery take?

Most of our pieces are made to order or sourced directly from our designers. Delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the item. You’ll be updated throughout the process and notified once your jewellery has shipped.

Do you offer express shipping?

Some ready-to-ship items may be eligible for express delivery. Check the product page or contact us to confirm availability.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your item has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

How should I care for my jewellery?

To maintain brilliance, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, or water. Store pieces separately and clean gently with a soft cloth. Care guides for specific materials are available.

Does my jewellery come with a warranty?

Yes. All items are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults. This excludes accidental damage, misuse, or general wear and tear.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your wishlist, and enjoy a more personalised experience with us.
